Track time with a timer

Right now the hours in your life areas are declared. You set a default per area, and you correct a single day when it was different.

A timer turns that around. Start it when you begin, stop it when you are done, and the time lands on that day's area.

The rule so far is that finit measures what measures itself, so this one would be a real departure. Upvote it if you want it, and leave a comment about what you would track.
